This website is operated by AnnaBay Club B.V., a private limited liability company (besloten vennootschap) existing under the laws of Curaçao, registered address Plasa Jojo Correa 1–5, Willemstad, Curaçao, Commercial Register of Curaçao number 157413. By using annabayclub.com you accept these terms. Bookings of the RumLocker Experience are additionally governed by our Booking Terms, and our handling of personal data by our Privacy Policy.
2. Age
This website presents alcoholic beverages and is intended only for visitors who are of legal drinking age in their country of residence. By using the site you confirm that you are.
3. Our content
All content on this website — text, photography, bottle designs, logos, medal artwork and the AnnaBay Club name and marks — belongs to AnnaBay Club B.V. or its licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not otherwise reproduce, modify or use it without our written permission. Materials we make available on the Trade & Press page may be used for editorial and trade purposes in connection with AnnaBay Club, credited where practical.
4. Accuracy of information
We keep the website accurate and current, but some of what makes our rums ours means details genuinely vary — batch-produced products differ in strength, age and sugar content from batch to batch, availability changes, and stockists and venues come and go. Information on this site is provided in good faith and may be updated at any time without notice. The label on the bottle is always authoritative for that bottle.
5. Third-party links
The website links to retailers, bars, restaurants and other third parties that stock or serve AnnaBay Club. Those websites are theirs, not ours: we are not responsible for their content, availability, prices or practices.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use this website unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, scrape it at scale, or misuse the booking system (including reselling tickets, which is prohibited under the Booking Terms).
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by the law of Curaçao, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this website or reliance on its content, beyond what we are responsible for under the Booking Terms for tours you have purchased. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Governing law and changes
