Booking terms

These terms apply to all bookings of the AnnaBay Club RumLocker Experience, whether made online or by phone. By completing a booking you accept these terms. “AnnaBay Club”, “we” and “us” means AnnaBay Club B.V., a private limited liability company (besloten vennootschap) existing under the laws of Curaçao, having its registered address at Plasa Jojo Correa 1–5, Willemstad, Curaçao, and registered with the Commercial Register of Curaçao under number 157413, also trading as the St. AnnaBay Distillery.

1. Tours and booking

Tours run Monday to Friday at 3:00 pm local time and last approximately 45–60 minutes. Maximum 12 guests per tour. Tours take place when booked in advance — a tour is not guaranteed to run on a given day if no bookings have been made for it.

All bookings are paid in full at the time of booking, in US dollars (USD).

Online bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the tour starts. For later bookings, call us on +599 9 670 0924 — we'll fit you in if we can.

Your e-ticket is sent to the email address you provide and can be downloaded immediately after payment. One e-ticket covers all guests in the booking. Please check it on receipt and contact us in writing if anything is wrong.

Tickets are personal to the booking and may not be resold. A scanned ticket is no longer valid, and we accept no liability for tickets obtained outside our own sales channels or for loss, theft or misuse of a ticket once issued.

2. Cancellation and refunds

Canceled by you more than 48 hours before the tour: full refund.

Canceled by you 48 hours or less before the tour, or no-show: no refund. Arriving after the tour has started counts as a no-show.

Instead of canceling, you may rebook to another available date free of charge, provided you ask more than 24 hours before your original tour.

Canceled by us (for example due to weather, illness or circumstances beyond our control): your choice of a full refund or a free rebooking.

All refunds are made in USD to the original payment method, for the exact USD amount paid. We are not responsible for differences arising from currency exchange rates or for conversion or transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

3. Hotel pickup

Free transport from your hotel to the RumLocker is offered when selected on the booking form, subject to availability. Please be ready at the agreed place and time; if you miss the pickup, the booking itself remains valid but we cannot guarantee an alternative transfer.

Return transport can be arranged at the regular fixed price.

4. During your visit

Guests aged 13 and over must carry valid ID and show it on request.

Guests under 18 are admitted only when accompanied by an adult, and no alcohol is served to anyone under 18. Guests who cannot prove their age will not be served alcohol.

We may refuse service to any guest who is intoxicated or whose behavior endangers or disturbs other guests or staff, without refund.

Please keep your ticket with you during the visit and show it on request. Ticket validity, including any unused parts of a package, expires at the end of the tour day.

5. General

We may refuse or cancel any order; if we do, you will be notified by email and refunded in full per section 2.

Anything not covered by these terms is decided by AnnaBay Club management. These terms are governed by the law of Curaçao.
