Who we are

AnnaBay Club B.V., a private limited liability company (besloten vennootschap) existing under the laws of Curaçao, registered address Plasa Jojo Correa 1–5, Willemstad, Curaçao, Commercial Register of Curaçao number 157413 (“AnnaBay Club”, “we”, “us”). What we collect, and why

Tour bookings — name, email address, number of guests, pickup hotel if you request transport, and your booking details. We use this to run your tour, send your e-ticket, arrange pickup, and handle cancellations and refunds. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.

Contact form and email — name, email address and whatever you write to us. We use this to answer you.

Trade and press inquiries — name, company, email and your inquiry, used to respond and, where you ask us to, to keep in touch about the brand.

Website analytics — we do not use analytics at the moment. If we add it, then only with your consent via the cookie banner, we would collect anonymized usage statistics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) to improve the website. You can decline this and the site works exactly the same.

Marketing — only if you have expressly opted in, we may send you news about AnnaBay Club. Every message includes an unsubscribe link.

Legal grounds

We process booking data to perform our contract with you; inquiry data on our legitimate interest in responding; accounting records to meet legal obligations; and analytics and marketing data only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the website and bookings: PayPal processes payments (we never see or store your card details), Microsoft provides our email, Cloudflare hosts our website, and our website's booking system stores booking records. Each processes data under its own safeguards and, where acting for us, only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data, ever. Some of these providers process data outside Curaçao (for example in the EU or the United States). If you contact us through WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, those platforms also process your messages under their own privacy policies, which we don't control.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records: kept for as long as Curaçao accounting and tax law requires us to (generally 10 years).

Correspondence (email and messages): we keep customer correspondence as part of our ordinary business records, so we can look back at what was agreed and keep our service consistent. We review and delete correspondence when it is no longer relevant.

Marketing consents: until you unsubscribe.

Analytics: we do not currently use analytics. If we start, this section will be updated first.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time what personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, or to withdraw a consent you have given. We are a small company and do not keep a central customer database: your data lives in our booking records and our correspondence. When you ask, we will search those and respond within a reasonable period. Email info@annabayclub.com. If you are in the EU or another jurisdiction with a data-protection authority, you also have the right to complain to that authority; in Curaçao, to the competent supervisory authority.

Cookies

The website only stores what it needs to work, such as your age confirmation and your cookie choice. PayPal sets its own cookies when you pay for a tour online. See our cookie policy for the full list. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button in the footer.

Age

This website is intended for visitors of legal drinking age and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with a new effective date. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
