Our story
Born and bred in Curaçao
AnnaBay Club is made, aged and bottled at the St. AnnaBay Distillery in Willemstad, Curaçao. A rum created to capture the essence of our island: the place, the people and the experiences, distilled into something everyone can share and enjoy.
Where it began
Far in the south of the Caribbean Sea lies the island of Curaçao, and at its heart, the St. Anna Bay — the narrow channel that has been the gateway into Willemstad since it was declared the region's first free port in 1675. For centuries, ships have slipped through this gap in the coastline carrying goods, cultures and rum tales of their adventures. Right here on its shores is where AnnaBay came to life.

For generations this waterfront has been a place where people gather over a glass of rum, share a story, and let the day slow down. That is the rum we make — the kind you reach for in good company. We take our name from the bay, and something of its easygoing spirit too.

Our mission is simple: to put Curaçao on the international map. Together with our local community we create fun and memorable experiences for our visitors, so they carry a piece of Curaçao home and share the story.
In 2026 our rums brought home two Double Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and two Golds at The Spirits Business Global Rum Masters.
