Cookie Policy

In short

We keep this simple. annabayclub.com only stores what it needs to work: your age confirmation and your cookie choice. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics. If we add analytics later, it will only run after you say yes, and we will update this page first.

What are cookies and local storage?

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Local storage works in a similar way: it lets a website remember a small piece of information on your device. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.

What we use

Strictly necessary (always on, no consent needed because the site cannot work properly without them):

abc-age-ok (local storage, annabayclub.com): remembers that you confirmed you are of legal drinking age, so we don't ask again on every page. Kept until you clear your browser data.
abc-consent (local storage, annabayclub.com): remembers your cookie choice and the date you made it. Kept until you clear your browser data or change your choice.

Payment (only when you pay for a tour): when you reach the payment step on our RumLocker page, PayPal loads its payment buttons. PayPal may then set its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These are covered by PayPal's privacy statement. If you don't pay online, PayPal is not loaded.

Analytics (only with your consent): not in use at the moment.

Marketing (only with your consent): not in use.

Links to other websites

Our pages link to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. These services only set cookies once you click through to their websites, under their own policies.

Changing your choice

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you do, the website will ask for your age confirmation and cookie choice again.
