The Mojito
Make your own Mojito legend with AnnaBay Club White Rum.
The recipe
- 60 mlAnnaBay Club White Rum
- 30 mllime juice
- 15 mlsimple syrup
- Freshmint
- A splashof soda water
- A fewpieces of lime
How it is made

Step 1
Mint and ice
Put a few pieces of lime, the lime juice, the simple syrup and the rum in the glass. Slap the mint to release its oils, add it and fill the glass with ice.

Step 2
Stir
Stir gently, to lift and combine everything.

Step 3
Top and garnish
Top with a small amount of soda water and garnish with mint on top. You are done.
