The recipe

  • 50 mlAnnaBay Club Aged 5 Years
  • 5 mlvanilla liqueur
  • 5 mlagave syrup
  • 1 dashorange bitters
  • 3 dashesAngostura bitters
  • A stripof orange peel

How it is made

  1. Step 1

    Stir

    Mix the ingredients together in a mixing glass with lots of ice, and stir for a few seconds.

  2. Step 2

    Pour

    Strain and pour into a tumbler over fresh ice.

  3. Step 3

    Squeeze

    Use a peeler to make a strip of orange. Give the peel a good squeeze and spritz the cocktail.

  4. Step 4

    Garnish

    Rim the lip of the glass with the orange peel, twist it and use to garnish.
