Amber Rum with passion fruit, coconut and lime.
The recipe
- 60 mlAnnaBay Amber
- 20 mlcoconut cream
- 60 mlpassion fruit purée
- 20 mlsimple syrup
- 20 mllime juice
- A splashof soda water
- Freshbasil leaves
How it is made

Step 1
Stir
Mix the ingredients together in a mixing glass with lots of ice and stir for a few seconds.

Shake
Shake well, until the shaker is frosted.

Step 3
Pour
Pour into a chilled glass.

Step 4
Top it off
Top off with Passionfruit Juice. Serve with a garnish of freshly cut lime.
