45ML ANNABAY CLUB AMBER RUM

15ML ANNABAY CLUB AGED 5YO RUM

30ML FRESHLY SQUEEZED LIME JUICE

5ML FRESH GINGER JUICE

15ML SIMPLE SYRUP (SUGAR)

GINGER BEER

4-5 DASHES OF ARGUSTURA BITTERS

IT'S EASY!

STEP 1

POUR

Mix AnnaBay Club Amber with freshly squeezed ginger & lime juice, and some sugar syrup. 

STEP 2

ADD ICE

Next, add ice and pour the ginger beer in the glass. 

STEP 3

FLOAT

Gently float with AnnaBay Club Aged 5YO rum on top. Top with some dashes of Angustura bitters.

STEP 4

GARNISH

Garnish your drink with fresh lime and a bamboo straw.
